Semisonic's entire Feeling Strangely Fine Semisonic Album is amazing. Not one bad song on there. Their follow up All About Chemistry had some great songs too but was never popular.

There are a lot of different songs to mention, but I'm listening to one now that definitely would qualify...if it turns out to be a one hit wonder song, which seems likely.
The song is "Dragostea Din Tei" by "O-Zone"
It's very popular in Sweden right now, played on the radio a lot. I think its origin is Romanian, with this being some kind of remixed version.
I barely understand anything they're singing, but it's still so catchy and unique I can't help but listening to it over and over again. An odd and fascinating song. It's been stuck in my head for a few days now, I walk around at work humming it to myself.
