Very interested in both this game and Phase Zero. Both old school fixed camera style games which I really wish we got more of back then. So I'm glad we're getting more of these now.
 
Look, I get the classic appeal of fixed cameras and tank controls, but can't feel that it's choosing a worse option just because.

Imagine an FPS game coming out with the pre-Alien:Resurrection FPS controls on console.

Other than that it does look good.
 


Ground Zero is a retro survival horror game where you'll take on the role of Seo-Yeon, an elite Korean operative who has been tasked with investigating the meteor impact site in her homeland. Back up by her Canadian counterpart Evan, Seo-Yeon must make her way through the post-apocalyptic landscape, gather biological data on the mutated creatures that inhabit it, and piece together the mystery behind this anomalous event.

Has a couple bundles so I got it for $16.

15 hours playtime. It's gonna be good. Really enjoyed the demo.
 
Anyone playing this? Impressions on Steam are really positive. The price is great (if you own some other games, it gets discounted even more) and it seems to be lengthy for a fixed camera survival horror games.

 
Spend many hours into this even more than RE REQUIEM and have to say this game was better. It's basically the Grace section but better, bigger, with way more weapons. Campaign was better, replay value was better, unlockables are better than RE Requiem for me. And a nice big mercenary style mode too after beating the game. A big steal for 20 dollars.
 
mèx mèx Feature complete game. It's really good. $20 is a great price for what you get and it's a RE/Dino Crisis hybrid.

10-12 hour campaign
Multiple playthroughs encouraged for alternate paths you can take
Unlockable Apocalypse Crisis mode which is reminiscent of RE3 Mercenaries featuring multiple playable characters and stages
Unlockable Costumes and more

Sounds amazing, I just bought it. Since I have Tormented Souls 2 it applies a discount so I got it for 13.7 EUR.

Good thing these indie devs are keeping this style of survival horror alive. It just hits different.
