Most cat's are......If you get them into a certain habit, (my gf's cat for example) Everytime I went over there I gave her cat a treat and it went on for months, now when he see's me he mewos and puurs the works right. Well If I don't give him the treat he shadows me and stars meowing like he's in pain until I give him the treat....
