Gundam Action Figures

I'm glad Grandpa porked a Chinese Muslim
Are there still any B&M stores or online stores that sell the 4.5" Gundam action figures? The Kay-Bee at my local mall had a great big pile of them, but only 5 different kinds, so I bought one of each, but that left me wanting the ones they didn't have. I'm mainly looking for the Seed ones, not the G-Gundam which many stores seem to have way too many of. I had managed to find Launcher Strike, Aile Strike (w/ Sky Grasper), Buster, Astray Blue Frame, and Strike (Deactive Mode), but that still leaves Sword Strike and Duel unaccounted for, at the very least. They did have a bunch of Strike (Active Mode), but I already have the equivalent of two of those if I take the packs off of the other two. :D

Did they ever release the mass production MS from Seed as 4.5" action figures (Ginn, Strike Dagger, etc.)? If they were cheap enough, I'd probably buy a couple of them, just for the sake of setting up an interesting display on the shelf.

KB and Wal-Mart would be your best bet for the ones you're looking for. Dunno where you'd find the others.

But while you're on the hunt, put SD Gundam Deathscythe on your list!

You should have purchased them earlier. We had our Buy One, Get One 50% off sale at KB Toys up until July 24th. Those Gundam figures are already 3 for $10, so you could have gotten every other Gundam figure for $1.66.

Heh, that's exactly what I did. :P I had just been hoping maybe they also had some GiNNs so I could also buy a set of those and set up a scene on my shelf of Strike wrecking them up.

Oh, and I actually got the SD Gundam Deathscythe Custom (or whatever it's called with the big shroud) today as well. :D

Bandai has stopped US production of Gundam action figures, citing a lack of interest and sales.

If you really want to get more, join those of us (me included) who are crazy enough to spend $20+ each on the Mobile Suits In Action figure line (same figures released here, just a lot more of them). I just got my Extended MSiA Gundam Mk. II and MSiA Destiny Gundam in the other day.

www.hlj.com is your new friend.

edit: As far as I know, GINNs were not released in North America.

Ouch, after getting four for $10, I don't know that I can do that. :lol

The company buys those figures from other retail chains at a very cheap price, so usually the stores don't get the whole set.

I've considered getting these figures a couple of times. They are already insanely cheap, not to mention I would get 30% off the sticker price. I might join the club and pick up that Deathscythe...or the Heavyarms, that was always my favorite in Gundam Wing. Is there even a Heavyarms in that series. For some reason I remember seeing that on the package, but I can't recall seeing it in the store.

I don't buy very many because of their price, but it's a cheaper alternative than buying the models. Plus, they don't take up as much space due to their size.

The Extended MSiA line is fantastic.

Here is my very humble collection.

Yeah, yeah, I was lazy with building that Wing Zero, but I bought it for cheap a year ago, and didn't feel like taking the time to buy paint and stuff to make it look better. :P

I wouldn't buy any Gundam figure unless it was Fix Figuration, Zeonography or Cosmic Region. The rest are just way too cheap and are designed for 6 year olds ;P. Of course if you have a problem paying $35+ per figure, well then...
