Oh, then yes absolutely. No, souped up! Like adding more horsepower for MORE POWER
If the others are anything to go by I cannot fathom what the hell the video for Spit out the Bone is gonna be like.....
I'm all about the cover of Remember Tomorrow
I'm all about the cover of Remember Tomorrow
Lars so casual in the video, playing drums with a toothpick in his mouth.
So is this basically Fight Club? Saw the sneak peak photos and didn't imagine it was like that.
"We're on a budget, what're the cheapest most weird videos we could make?"
Kirk: "Hooboy, I've been waiting my whole life for this"
I like Metallica's surrealist approach to their videos.
The video made NO sense with the lyrics - unless I'm misinterpreting something
"Kirk you know these videos have to make sense right?"Yeah they probably said "What if instead of doing 1-2 super high budget videos we take the same money but do like 12 low budget videos"
I like this idea even if I'll probably never re-watch those videos after today. It's been fun all day and too bad I'll miss the release of Spit out of the bone cause it's in the middle of the night here.
yea fuck me they could have made any number of amazing music videos for this song, this is not it.
Murder One will have cars in it
I'm psychic
Trust me
Never happeningI'll see your psychic prediction, and raise you one outlandish claim!
Murder One will have footage from the unreleased Metallica game, AND will announce it's available now on all consoles/PC! Believe!Still gutted we never got it...
Didn't Beyonce and Justin Bieber do it? Lol.This is a first in music history, right? I mean was there any other band that released an album this way?

MURDER ONE, tribute to Lemmy!
A little much with the cocaine, but okay, true to life.
I guess Spit Out the Bone will be the one with the cars
Where are you listening to it? But yeah I told you guys it's great.Holy shit Lords of Summer sounds really good in its updated form(or completed form, I guess). Lyrics are cheesy but damn its fun.
This album is pretty good. Its like a thrashier version of Load/Reload. Biggest problem with DM was lyrics and poor melodies and this does a much better job. Still a bit too repetitive at parts but songs feel much more cohesive with tempo changes that you would expect out of a Metallica album. Album feels like it is a more genuine effort at just doing what they want than them feeling obligated to sound like their old stuff. You can see influences from their entire catalog in this album. I love Justice, Puppets, etc but Load/Reload still had some really great songs like Bleeding Me, Until it Sleeps, Outlaw Torn. Its nice to see them not completely abandon the good parts of that style while still having plenty of thrash to offer too.
