Any fans of this game?

I just picked it up with some spare game bucks. I've never played one of these games before, but I figured it could be fun.

A huge disappointment compared to the N64 game. I think I gave up a third of the way through because it just got too tedious.

I hear the GBA one is excellent, though.

My roommate plays it day and night. I've always prefered the gameboy ones however.

It's incredibly boring. I thought it might be an Animal Crossing like experience, but it's nothing of the kind. It's timed drudgery with little to no charm. I don't understand the joy it gives some people (but then most this board seems to hate AC so...)

I really liked it at first. But it got a little stale once everyone in town likes me, and I've gotten what I wanted from them. And I completely lost interest after the event at the end of first year. If only the focus was heavier on farming, and less on dating sim, I think I would've liked it alot longer. It was still a really good game in the beginning though.

Hey I love AC. Ah well, it was free. I'll Action Replay it to make it fun.

The days were too long. It was tough to get into because you really had nothing to do. I am a huge fan of the series, and the N64 version is still tops.

I've been so tempted to pick up this game.. especially since it's at $20 and Player's Choice now..

For $17.99 used, it's definitely a cool little world to walk around in. (even if only to discover that it's not for you)
