A game works upped using HDLOADER and doesn't using HDLDUMP/WINHIIP: possible?

Hi there,
I'm a INFINITY owner. I have a 120gigs HD.
I was able to installa my HDLOADER on MC and to do direct boot (people out there told me it was impossibile using Infinity)
I've tried a lot of games. Most of them are DVD (.iso files).
Using both the most used programs to upload to PS2HD (linking to your pc), HDLDUMP and WINHIIP, I was able to upload many games.
I did this in order not to burn them on DVDs, since i've not a burner yet.
I installed using this way even some cdrips.
I noticed something weird: many ISO games (so that comes from DVD), loaded using PC, don't work when you try to play them using your hdloader.

Tony Hawk Underground
Pro Tennis Court 2
MTX Motocross
Concerning MTX Motocross I was able to install the CDRIP too, but nothing.
Now, this is my question.
I know that these games are uploadable to hd using your PS2 and HDLOADER (so the traditional mode). What's wrong with pc programs like HDLDUMP and WINHIIP?
If Tony Hawk works using Hdloader, with default setting, shouldn't it work even using this kind of programs?
Please help me in understanding this.
