For some reason it's not accepting my password and when I go to change my password (via email) it send me a Japanese verification so I can't read it. Does anyone know the order of the questions so I can answer them, or why it's sending me a Japanese verification?

I've just gone to playstation.com/account and it let me sign in. It shows no payments other than those I know I've made, so I haven't been hacked.

I've actually managed to get into my account via the PC. If I change the password there, will it then allow me to use that password on my PS4?

edit: Forget that. I'll need my original password. I'll leave it for now.

Okay, make sure you type it correctly on the PS4 and make the email addresses match as well.

I got it to work! It turns out I'd written it down wrong on the paper and didn't realise there was a small difference. Cheers everyone!
