I saw it about a month ago, probably on Reddit. It was actually two videos side by side.

On one side, there was a Korean or Chinese woman entering her car and doing a lot of product advertising. Meanwhile, in the other video, a guy entered his car, went to work, did some grocery shopping, came home, made dinner with his wife, played games, and went to sleep.

All the while, the woman was still in her car, pulling out gadgets and other products and showing them off.
