Please help me identify the songs/artists. Keep in mind I'm putting these together from past thoughts and memory fragments; Inaccuracies abound!
1. Old Skool Hip hop.. something with a chorus like... "They keep on passing me by!". There was a scene in the video where you see the guy in a car while he's rapping, he calls after these girls who walk pass him, the camera pans out and you see him by a junkyard and he's really sitting on the ground with a single car door propped up next to him. :lol
2. Not sure of the genre, but the chorus sounded lot like... "Come and come and come and go again! They come and go; they come and goooo-o-o-o!"
3. Not sure of genre, but this annoying guy comes on and says something like.. "Question! Why isn't every time.. ::insert something here:: ?" then he says.. "Come on man.... FUNK DAT!!!". I'm pretty sure the guy was a one hit wonder.
4. Not sure of the genre, but I think it would pass as club music? The song is in what I believe to be spanish. The guy says the same line, over and OVER again. Something about water. It sounds like he's saying "Akido tredo agua! Akido tredo agua! Akido tredo agua! Something something something!". I remember asking a friend back in Jr. High what the guy was saying and he claimed the guy was saying "Give me a drink or I'll break your radio!"
5. Not sure of genre or the language. It had to be the 80's, I think.. It sounds like the guy is saying "Sha-vila-vila-hi! Sha-vila-vila-hi! Sha-vila-vila-hi-eee-i-eee-iiiii! Somebody li! Somebody li! Somebody li-e-i-e-ii!"
EDIT: While I'm at it, see if you can get this one...
6. Hip hop. I don't remember ANY of the lyrics, but the beat in the song was unsual for it's time I guess because it was made up of entirely violin cords and piano notes. In the video, there was an outside scene with snow all around and the one of the guys in the group is out there rapping in like 20 degree below weather with no shirt on. Sounds very reminiscent of Wu-Tang, but I'm pretty sure this was before them.
