Is there a good program out there that could track those annoying pop ups hidden on your harddrive?

I've already tried, adware, spybot and still no luck.

Download AdAware Cloak and see if that does that anything when you use Adaware or Spybot. If not also download the plugins for Adaware and also try that. Adaware cloak prevents certain programs from knowing Adaware is being used.
