Serious question: if you're in a high speed chase with a helicopter in pursuit, what's generally the best way to escape?

I would probably find an underground parking garage or something. I can't imagine any other way of getting away.

During lunch at work there was a chase one time and I said "once you have a helicopter on you it's over" seconds later the police and helicopter lost them and were never found lol.
