I read how to do it on many cheat websites, but I don't know how to get to the areas that u unlock Luigi & Wario at.

Here's what it says at most cheat sites:
Mario Key Beat Goomboss behind 8-Star Door in the Rec-Room
Luigi Key Beat King Boo in Luigi's Painting on the 3rd Floor of Big Boo's Haunt
White Room Key Catch all the Shinning Rabbits
Wario Key With Luigi in Mirror Room, hop into Wario's Painting and Defeat the Giant Ice Bully

To get Luigi, go to the bottom right room on the top floor of the haunted mansion with mario.
Get the flower and float up a level.


To get wario, go as luigi to the mirror room. Run through the mirror and jump in the wario portrait
