By "complete, I mean beat the main campaign/story.

Maybe every 5th game I'll find super engaging and complete.

Most recently that has consisted of Prince of Persia Lost Crown, Supraland, and Prey.

Games that couldn't keep my attention long enough included Astrobot, Ninja Gaiden 4, and FFVII Rebirth.

Greater than %90 in the last 5 years, but it used to be 25-50% and I hated it this way cause it's like dealing with food leftovers, the more I don't eat what I bought the worse I feel about it.

I achieve the platinum trophy for most everything (I've around 20 or so games I've abandoned either because trophies are busted or unattainable).

I never pick up a game simply to "try first."

I like platinum trophies so either 90% of games I 100%. But as I've grown older I don't platinum something I don't enjoy as I did in the past for the sake of a platinum trophy.

I picked 25-50%, although i would guess its closer to 50%.

It takes me a long time to actually complete a game because i play through a few games at once usually, but if its a game i like i will eventually finish it, maybe even 100% it sometimes.

I selected more than 75%. Because honestly if I'm interested enough to buy a game with a story/campaign, I'll complete it. I've become more and more particular/selective these days, so it makes sense.

I feel like the only times where I've gotten burnt out or put something down is on service/online games. Where there's no real endgame, but a specific level or completion of quests that make it so.

It kind of depends what you mean. I have loads of games and like starting all of them just to try them out, but I don't have time to really focus on many of them. But of the 20% or so I actually give a decent amount of attention to, it's probably about 80%. If I don't it's usually cos I've put it down for some reason and then put off going back to it for too long. Happened last year with Ori and The Blind Forest. Don't know why cos I really loved it. Was about 80% done too, I'd say. Still intending to go back at some point, but it'll be a real pain learning all the controls again etc.

Ever since I cleaned up my Steam backlog and removed like 300+ games, I've been finishing way more games lately. I only kept the stuff I'm actually interested in and know I'll have a good time with.

I've already completed around 20 games this year alone, and I only dropped 2 games. Hopefully I can finish another 20 before the end of the year, and next year I wanna finally clear my backlog for good.

50-75ish, I try a lot of games out to see if i like them and I drop off a lot if I dont. Like recently I tried out Soul Blazer/Terranigma/Illusion of Gaia and only IoG really clikced with me

It takes a pretty miserable game for me to not beat it at least once. I'd estimate my competition percentage is about 97% across all consoles and my platinum rate is about 90% on PlayStation.

Not as much as I'd want to, probably around 50-60% of the ones I play (assuming they have an ending).

What bothers me is that I know that if I abandon some large games the chances of coming back to them are rather slim.

All you 90 percenters are so lucky!

I give up on most games because my ADHD is like...

Almost all of them. But I stopped buying games during deals a longer time ago. Backlog is at ZERO. So usually when I buy a game, I play and complete it immediately. In 2026 I bought 9 games and 8 of them I finished.

I used to finish most games, but modern games are so big I don't have time or get burned out before the end.
