I'm 16, 5"10 and need some help growing even taller. Are there any specials foods or any exercise that help stimulate growth or even boost it?

Milk

Me and my younger siblings drinked a lot of milk when we were younger, I can honestly tell you that we are unusually tall for Asians...... my older sibling haven't drank much milk when they were our age and we outgrowed them by 5 inch minimum(my youngest sister is taller than my eldest brother).

My penis is still intact.
5' 10 is a perfectly fine size at 18, let alone 16. Are you trying to reach a high shelf or something?

Nah, but I want to tower over everyone and at least be 6"5.

How about you do something you actually can influence and gain some great muscles. You might already be quite strong, I don't know, but you can always be stronger. I doubt many girls would choose someone who's already 5' 10 gaining a few inches over the same guy getting an awesome body.

Believe me, as a 5' 11 guy, I'm probably taller or as tall as 2/3 of the male population, whcih is fine. And I'm taller than practically every girl I meet. And I find that when girls get to 6 foot, they're less likely to want to go out with taller men (I mean less likely to insist on it), just because they're really narrowing their options down.

Some do, but fuck em, there's plenty of reasons women will turn me down, I'll do something about the reasons I can actually change.

You joining the basketball team or something? If so: Average height + ripped figure >>>>> tall and lanky figure. Your choice though.

Hmm, at what age does one usually stop growing?
I am around 5'10" and 18, though I don't think I've grown much in the last few years (if at all...). I wouldn't mind growing 2 more inches to make it an even 6 feet. ;)

I've read that if your pubic hair (down there) forms a 'triangle' shape, it means you're fully grown and your bones have fused.

I didn't stop growing until I was about 21.

Let's see. On my first driver's license (age 16) I was 5'10

First year of college (age 18) I was 6'1.

Now, at 23, I'm somewhere between 6'3 and 6'4.

Do you guys noticed that when your ripped you look more taller?

Guess it is time to hit the gym. I also sleep like a stick hoping I grow.

It definitely helped with me and my bro. We're both Eurasian and I'm about 6'0" while he's 6'3".

I also heard that the length of your foot is about 1/6 your height. I don't have anything to measure with so I can't tell if it's true in my case.

Yep. Make sure it's regular milk (non-organic) so it's loaded up with the growth hormones that they feed to the cows.

Well, don't lift weights strenuously. It'll stunt your growth (or so I've seen among people I know).

I was 6'2 at the age of 13. I played basketball everyday, ate tons, and slept as long as I could. I dunno if that actually helps to get any taller, but hey it worked for me. :0

18, 6'...Not desperately looking to grow further or anything, not sure what the big deal is really...plus, if you grow two inches, I doubt everyone will suddenly notice. Or so I believe.

Pilates. They'll help you attain those extra inches you seek.

I've heard you stop growing once you growth plates fuse in your body. You can check them out in X-rays of your hips.

Most of your growth hormone is produced in the body while you sleep, so you'd better make sure you get plenty of sleep instead of staying up all night playing games or browsing the forum or becoming a Junior Alcoholic at parties or something.

Go to a farm. Tie some ropes to two horses. Then tie one of those ropes to your ankles and have someone else tie the other rope to your wrists. Scare the horses and have them run in opposite directions.

Problem solved.

I've heard eating a horses penis raw makes you taller. That's what some african tirbe thought.. But horses were rare in there tribe so whenever they got a horses penis they had to fight for it.

Now you tell me, I've been staying up for years now. :p

I too think it's the Milk. I'm 5'10.5" and I stopped growing when I stopped drinking Milk.
Something I regret now.

It probably helps more when you're younger so if you start drinking it regularly now (if you don't already) then you might see marginal growth but I think the best years for doing so are already behind you.

If you do drink a lot then you've probably reached your limit.

I don't know of any studies that have proven milk to play any significant role in height.
Anecdotal references won't do much to prove it. Nourishment plays a large role, we know that, but unless there are studies i dont know of, milk isn't specifically responsible for substantial growth.

That said, im 5'9 at 21. I dont see myself getting much taller. I've wanted to be 6 even, but that doesnt seem too likely at this point. My dad is 5'10, but he's the tallest one from his side of the family and my mother is 5'2. I think i did alright.

I drank milk and got plenty of sleep all my life, and I stopped growing at 14-15 at 5'6". It's mostly hereditary. Sure, there are things you can do to try to maximize your potential, but once you're done, you're done.

I'm 5'11.5", but I never really worried about it.

If I were trying to grow taller, I'd have followed Hulk's three demandments:

Training, prayers, and vitamins.

You can't really grow past your genetic potential...

but you can reach it with enough food, exercise and rest.

But if you've seen Gattaca...

you'll know you can get your bones cut and reset to give you an inch or two surgically.

Whether or not you think that's worth been in a wheel chair for months is upto you.
