I think it means it has bulletproof protection everywhere; chassis, doors, glass, tyres...

OTOH, even the best bulletproofing can't stop some of the larger calibre bullets... and a guy with a high powered handgun standing next to the car will still find a pretty easy kill; compromise the screen with one bullet, kill with the second.

What, a Desert Eagle? Besides the fact that the kickback will make that gun worthless, even at that range. The glass won't just shatter. It'll crack, but it'll still be intact. It's gonna take a few rounds just to get a big enough hole in the glass, then a good shot with a shitty gun. I think bulletproofing is prettygood these days. They even bulletproof the door jams to avoid ricochet kills. Too bad this tank also out-uglied the Hummer. Fucking worthless SUVs. PEACE.
