I got freaked out

I am still scared when I think about it.
As I was sleeping in my bedroom I suddenly woke up scared. It was so weird, I felt scared for no reason, I didn't had any nightmares or anything, just like feeling something bad will happen. I was confused and sacred.

Anyway as I woke up I looked around me and I saw that it was still dark, I check the time and it was around 2:30 in the morrning. After few moments I decided to go back to sleep and I tried to change my position and cover myself with the blanked, while turning on the other side of the bed I kicked something hard with my feet, It felt like a human body sleeping next to me.

I fucking freaked out. I jumped out, throwing the blanked on the side to see what did I hit, and of course there was nothing. I was drenched in sweat and I couldn't fall a sleep for a long time. I live alone, and my mattress is on the floor (still in process of buying furniture for my place), and there is a lot of empty space around it so I couldn't hit anything else.
Now it's getting dark and I am feeling uneasy going to bed tonight. I will probably have to watch some comedy movie to make me feel better.

Probably a lucid dream, or night terrors

or a poltergeist

sleep well

Sounds like a case of night hag.

I haven't had these in years but it freaks the fuck out of me.

I got a bit of a chill reading that! I wonder if it was possibly just part of a dream or something? I know sleep paralysis can be absolutely terrifying...but this doesn't really sound like that was what happened.

Hopefully it's the only occurance of this you will ever experience. I hope your next sleep is very cozy and full of really nice dreams. :)

Weird stuff can happen in our sleep/as we fall asleep/as we wake up. One night I as feeling sick and having trouble falling asleep. Laying in bed I randomly felt like what was a minor electric shock (like static when you touch a doorknob) in the middle of me back and then my ihome radio turned on by itself. Freaked me the hell out. Only time something like that has happened, other than a couple weird sleep paralysis moments over the years

Were your blankets tucked in tight enough that they could have provided resistance for your kick? Just trying to eliminate a potentially simple explanation for that issue.

If not though, the universe is a wild place, and much (all?) of what we experience is within the mind itself. Were you kicked in the head by a horse recently? :p

Was it an instant thing, like you were sleeping and you were awake all of a sudden? Or was it more of a slow buildup over like 5-10 seconds, like you were sleeping, then you started feeling a little weird, then a feeling of terror came over you, and it grew and grew, then finally you were awake and thinking "aaah wtf is this?"

Fuck dude, never heard of something like that. So the ‘body’ was at your feet? How do your feet feel? Any inflammation or signs of the kick like a bruise? That’s a very bizarre occurrence

I’ve had sleep paralysis but honestly your story matches up more with the possibility of aliens, just to scare you a bit more...Alien’s within your quarters, concealed/invisible in your room, looking to attain your DNA and more. Luckily you shattered its ribcage and they needed to heal in their flying saucer, but they’ll. be back, with a VENGEANCE!!!!!! Better be ready, Anki Anki

Sleep paralysis or

Differential diagnosis
Similar conditions include:

Since it looks like you had a panic attack, this sounds like sleep terrors/night terrors.

One dream that I always remember happened shortly after my grandfather passed away. I looked outside my window and there was a large ball of light floating a couple feet off the ground out on the street. It looked big enough to fit two people. Then I was laying on my back in my bed looking past my feet at the wall straight ahead, unable to move and shouting for help, not realizing that I was still asleep.

Dont worry it was just a big spider trying to crawl under your blanket.

The moment you kicked her she freaked out and ran back under the bed

There's this awful movie where a ventriloquist uses photographs of a woman's walls so he can paint himself like the wall to camouflage himself while he throws his voice around her home to scare her. Maybe something like that is going on.

Put a ring of salt around that mattress that you had on the floor for over six months. It will keep the evil spirits out.

Not going to lie, i was 100% seriously going to advise something similar. We actually have a belief in our culture that during a certain period of the year the dead come back this realm. The general belief is that its people returning to the house or land they used to live in.

I had an oddly similar experience as you two years running, one was a woman sitting on the edge of my bed one night just looking at me smiling, the next year it was the same woman but when i woke up she was standing at the window and said to me "Ne Sneigs" which means no snow basically. I never said anything back and then the next morning my wife said she heard the woman say snow and was too afraid to move.

You can do a couple things to keep them away according to tradition here, you can put salt across all the windows and doorways which is supposed to keep them out, that is considered aggressive though so what a lot of people do here is just leave a small glass of vodka or mulled wine with a plate of cheese and meat in the kitchen with a candle on for them, say out loud that is for them but to not disturb you.

My wife has done that every year since she heard the woman say snow and nothing like that has happened to us again.

Sure.
I have been sleeping with a loaded gun in my hand for ages and that has never happened to me.
My method works too. And also keeps the burglar away.

Just have your local priest bless the bullets in holy water and they will sort out ghosts and burglars alike.

A loaded gun ain’t gonna kill no ghosts, bro.

I bet that was just lucid dreaming, or a false reaction from your brain to something.
Shit like that is pretty common, I wouldn't think to much about it OP.

I mean, even a ghost/demon would not be as bad a living with some tinfoil nutheat antivaxxer moron xD

Do you eat the cheese and drink the booze to freak your wife out?

Oh man, I've had dreams like this for a long time, but never with something in my bed. It's always at the foot of my bed, or behind my pillow, standing beside me, maybe sitting at my desk. Often it's something in my doorway. I've surrounded my bed with clutter to move them further away. Get a body pillow to sleep with, that'll keep the dream-people out!

Where was your phone to record the shit?

Loosely relevant. Go out, and spend a metric fuckton on a new bed. You spend a third of your life on it, itll make your other two thirds better.
