Some guy didnt pick up his pre-order for over a week so they totally let me have it! AWESOMOME! Wish it was on Xbox like my Mega Man Collection :D

Do the later X games retain some quality?
 
Im totally getting the 2 psp mega man games.

I mostly wanted it for xbox for the quick saving, but I think I can thank microsoft for killing Xbox so soon. Fuckers.

And fyi, forums a bunch of whiny bitches these days. Quit channeling fuckin TXB and IGN Forums and grow some balls again you babies.
 
I really, honestly do not know why this is the case, but I do not like the X series. I absolutely, whole-heartedly adore, and love the original series(well, 1-6), but for some reason X just doesn't do it for me. I've tried playing them all, but there is something missing, or maybe it's the too much there.
 
Didn't 4 introduce ducking? I thought that was such an awesome additional to the series. Of course, I could do that all along in other games. But it was special in MM. Shit, I'm getting this tomorrow for sure. On the Cube.

I bought the MMX1 cartridge for $40 canadian a few months ago. Same price. X collection is SO worth it, but it would be been a favourite for me if it included all that shit Inafune decided to strip us of.
 
I picked this up for the GCN at Real Canadian Superstore on Sunday for $33.xx CAD with tax because there was a $10 off any game $30 and over coupon in the flyer. :)

X7 is the worst Mega Man game ever created OF ALL TIME.

Thankfully X8 is fucking great and is the best in the X series since X4.

2 > 4 > 1 > 8 > 5 > 3 >>> 6 >>>>>>> 7 imo

Er, I'm not sure what he's talking about. There were never any movies in the originals. X4 still has the movies and since it uses the Japan-only PSX MMX3, that has movies as well.

I don't know if I should get this or not, i hate megaman games normally. But I played X4 a long time ago, and I loved it loved passing it over and over. So would I like the rest? Rest assured I'm not that great at platforming.

I'm going to buy this and sell every other copy of Mega Man I have.

MMAC + MMXC = Perfection

I better go buy the GCN version before it becomes hard to find!

those collection titles keep things in pretty neat order.
 
Got it for $20 at Best Buy. It so fucking rocks.

The GC controller really sucks though. Been using my PS2 controller instead. How does one dash and keep moving? It's been bugging me.

I gotta buy MMAC while it's still available. Prolly not the Zero series or ZX when it comes out so much though (I'm up for MMZC though :D).

Also, yeah, fool around. You can also designate a button for dash (if you didn't know already).
 
Ok first off the anime cutscenes were mostly poop but the
Evil Zero and Sigma battle
was badass and justifies them. Also X5=is the most poo after X7, X6 isn't that bad, it's a lot better than X5.

Still Megaman Zero was where it was at, Megaman Zex I'm not feeling yet, and I was so horrified by X7 that I won't even touch X8 unless I find it for $5 or get it from a friend.

X8 is a really neat little game. It definitely improves upon 7. Of course, with 7 there was no place to go but up.

Yeah, I just remembered after I posted my original reply. I remember getting X5 and appreciating the ducking function. So I actually bought X1, X4, X5 and X6, but it'll be nice to have them all on one disc.
