I think that if the movie Short Circuit had never come out, it might actually be an interesting idea. But all I can think of is Johnny Five in a plane, and I just can't take it seriously. Plus Rob Cohen's movies tend towards crappiness anyway, though they can be fun and DragonHeart is pretty good.

It doesn't look that bad. I might see it... just because it looks like it'd be one of those Mystery Science Theater type movies. E.g. The Transporter. Everyone in the theater was laughing their ass off at that movie. There was a scene where the lead was wearing their high fastening pant shorts and someone in back pointed it out and I just started rolling.

Oh and The Medallion was GOLD. OMG. Haha.

I've seen it. And to be honest, the number of people who haven't seen Macross Plus, but have seen Short Circuit, is VAST. The Short Circuit analogy is the one most of the viewing public will make.

God I hate this and the Fantastic Four trailer. It's gotten to the point where when I went to see War of the Worlds and these trailers came on, about 4 people were reciting the lines :lol

The only good part about the Stealth trailer is the ring of fire thing, that owned. I died laughing when I heard the 'SITUATION IS CRITICAL' line. Why cant people just say 'I'm fucked'?

He's not experimenting. He's just ripping off the worst aspects of Gladiator, even that fucking annoying wailing music that was bad enough in a sword and spear flick, but that's completely out of place in a movie set in modern times. He wants to be his brother.
