I have a question about the Xbox 360

This has probably been answered, but I'm too lazy to look it up.

For the Xbox games that play on the Xbox 360 (backward compatible), will DDE problems be eliminated? For example, could someone play Morrowind without any hardware-related problems?

The 360 won't magically repair shitty coding. Buggy games are buggy games, nothing will change that outside of patches.

If the problem stems from the shitty drives in the Xbox then I don't see why it shouldn't clear up somewhat.

Morrowind's issues had nothing to do with the thompson drive.

mod your x360 and back it up on the hard drive.

I will be doing this if mod chips make it possible. All the games I bought are in pristine shape due to this being possible on the xbox, buy a game, copy it to the harddrive, and the put the game in a safe place.

Forget making games better....I wish they would just get clearer on what will be backward compatible. I used to buy multi-platform games on Xbox without question, but now I'm considering picking them up on PS2.

As poor as its sales are, the only true investment in future working games is the Gamecube. I'll be able to play that system 5 years from now with any game in its library.

Yes, unfortunately it's 3rd party games, when it gets them, are almost always noticeably worst.
