Found this post on the Penny Arcade forums. Not sure how the anagram solution works exactly, but its interesting so I decided to bring it here....
The subject is not given as a statement or speculation of such a demo. It is part of one possible full anagram solution I found to the capped letters in the countdown on ilovebees.com. For what it's worth, here is the solution, all letters and punctuation (again, one of possibly many) :

I don't know if SPDR = Single Player Demo Release.. but that acronym fits, too. So, as I said, until we get a confirmation from Bungie that this is false.. why discredit it so quickly?
Anyway, maybe the 3 days have to deal with when the demo CD will go gold, when the gold CD (I'm sure the demo could fit on a CD, BTW) is then massproduced.. and on Aug. 24 it is released. It could work, who knows?
I'm going to wait see, but I'm not going to quickly just ignore this theory... besides, if it's right then yay

OK so what are the current theories floating around about these rampant messages?
1) Could be Cortana, going crazy, and spitting out random things, while trying to warn Earth of the incoming invasion...
2) I've also seen theories that it could be Keyes, as his mind was being "flooded", by the Flood...Could he be trying to work warn us of something? Some of the messages do sound like they could be from Keyes...

Depending on the year, August 24 is a few days before the PoA crashed on the first Halo. So this....thing wouldn't be Cortana. Captured AI? I don't think its Kelly, too random and crazed. Even wounded SPARTANs don't break down like that.

I'm telling you, this is the AI that went nuts in marathon....
I have a theory. The Marathon games are set in the future of Halo's world, then at the end of Marathon 3 all that wierd randomness at the end is them going back im time (sorta a given). The Marathon then founded a new society in the past, the forerunners. I could be thinking too hard, but I think it makes sense.

Some of the text makes reference to a private yacht. The Circumference was an ONI stealth ship disguised as a private yacht. It was in dock over Reach, and the UNSC didn't have time to initiate the Cole Protocol so the MC was sent in with two other SPARTANs to destroy its nav database. Maybe what's talking is a captured AI from that ship?

I don't think the dates (like 24th August) will really have anything at all to do with HALO 2, necessarily. But the ARG itself is most obviously tied in to the HALO universe. I would advise anyone who isn't interested in the ARG itself to just disregard the hype and speculation from a lot of HALO fanboys who claim that it's Bungie and MS telling us in a veeeeeery far-fetched way that HALO (or a demo) is coming out soon.
