I was about 10 when I saw this movie (I think on HBO).

It was a movie about various different teams or groups (some were based on color, I think) trying to solve puzzles to reach a goal or gain some treasure. I think the teams ended up in some big, fancy hotel or something at the end, where there was a big party.

The puzzles aspect of it was the most entertaining aspect of the movie. I know this is little information to go off of, but I know some movie buff will be able to help me out.

I think this is definitely the movie I'm talking about after reading reviews of it online. And I think there was a cameo appearance by A.Schwarzenegger too. I think this was around the time I saw "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" (another funny, classic movie) on HBO in the mid eighties.

I saw this movie as a kid, and I remember it being very funny. The presentation wasn't great, but for what it was, it was enjoyable. I can't believe this movie is still embedded in my head. Is it out on DVD?

What happened to movies like these?

Thanks. The least you could have done though was to tell me how to spell his name, rather than have me looking online for it.

Reminds me of that ESPN commerical, where that editor is asking the 12yr. old spelling bee champ how to spell a guy's name.

I kept on saying this word 'Faggabeefe' and couldn't remember where it came from. But, now it has brought back memories...this is the movie I was talking about. I knew it wasn't "Scavenger Hunt' for some reason. Thank you, so much! I have to get this movie again. Is it available on DVD?
