I need to write a resume for my dad... Where do I start?

Edmonton's milkshake attracts no boys.
My dad needs a resume, he's like 50 years old and has worked as an TV repair man, I beleive he has an eleictircal engineering degree. Anyways, are there any sites that would show me how to make a suitable resume for him.
