How do you get rid of that annoying "click" when you click on a link or go backwards or forwards with your mouse etc..

I loved Firefox but I'm having too much problems with it so now I'm going back to IE but I want to get rid of this.

Seriously, what problems are you having with firefox? I've used it for over a year (well, Mozilla at first now firefox), and the only problem I've ever had was running java applets under 0.8

Change the 'start navigation' sound to 'none'

I have no idea what OS you're using, but it's pretty much the same on Windows regardless of version.
