1. the electric is due out this june. anyone know when in June? early, mid, late?

2. Will it have the metroid Demo and picochat on it from factory?

2. every DS until further notice comes with Metroid Demo. Pictochat is built into the system.

It really won't be long before I take the plunge, but those comments you mentioned about playing on a DS in the other thread have me slightly worried as well. I sold my GBASP to help fuel the DS purchase.

It doesn't seem to be bothering others. I like the smaller unit for the twisty-twisty.

not happy with PPF right now. I am not getting it right. I got up to the last boss of WakuWaku(?) and she(it?) beats my ass everytime. I even got a 25 second fever, scored "yippee" on every single one, and still ended up getting an assload of blocks dropped on me when I came out. will check a faq (haven't read the directions) but so far fever mode isn't making me happy.

note* I still fully endorse the game. 8 players at equal levels and the game fucking rules. just getting frustrated with the single player game so far.

Yeah that cat gave me hell for awhile too. I guess the best strategy for me was to "offset" it's attacks as much as I could with as many combos as I could at once. (You do know that nuisance puyos won't fall as long as you get at least one combo right?)

On the advice of GAF, I went out today and bought PPF. Holy crap, this game is great. I tried the 8 player with the comps, and I had a blast; I cannot WAIT to try this 8-way multiplay. And Meteos comes out this month too!

I did exactly that. Took me about two weeks before I ordered a GBA for GBA games. I'm still kinda pissed about it.

Says most everyone... you won't find an archaic Hudson port or a half hearted effort from the unproven X-nauts to change many minds. Your blind faith would do the Nintendo corps proud.

FYI, the other day at Walmart they got a new shipment of NDSes in and none of them featured the 'Metroid Prime Hunters demo included' art on the box, so I think Nintendo is over with that. I doubt Electric Blue will come with a demo.

Though, that would be awesome if it came with an Electroplankton demo, eh?
