Alright, before the mods drop the hammer on this glorious mess, let me get my points up real quick. First off, I hereby declare that the OP is out of pocket for making this thread. (That should cover my thread argument points). Second, I wholeheartedly disagree with whatever the most popular take in here is, on GAF principle. Quote me on that (for 10pts). Actually I am hoping to get some points with this one based on comedy alone.
Washington State is trying to force EVs on everyone. (Their goal is by 2035, i think, only evs will be sold in wa) Our gas price is on average like $4.50 a gallon because while the tax on gas is about 49 cents per gallon there are all kinds of other "climate initiatives" tacked on.
Well because of ev's and cars becoming more and more fuel efficient, they aren't making the money they were *woah surprise surprise* so they are looking into having a policy where you will pay a charge based on the number of miles you drive by taking a picture of your odometer.
What could go wrong?

Holy crap. I will use this thread instead of creating my own to f'ing yell at clouds over wtf is up with the Canucks. Holy f'ing crap. Tonight 5 unanswered goals to lose, 5 unanswered the night before to lose, before that winning 2-0 beginning of the 3rd to 3-2 in OT. This is a team in the sitting in the final playoff spot with 3 teams breathing down their back. Calgary sitting just behind the Canucks have lost their last 2 games scoring no points. Someone on Twitter said, "it has gone from saying at least they got a point" to "at least they are still in a playoff spot".
