Last year at this time they found a brain aneurism while looking for why I was experiencing constant headaches/ dizziness. MRI was clean but MRA showed a small unruptured aneurism in my cavernous carotid. They did a CT to confirm. Im now in for my first annual MRA to see if it's grown.

Now your posting style makes perfect sense.
Actually, my neurologist and neurosurgeon say the aneurism shouldn't be causing the headaches, dizziness, etc. It was an "incidental" finding.. Like having sex and discovering a tooth where there shouldn't be one.

Didn't you recently have some kind of arse problem too?
I've been having bleeding for over a decade. I finally saw a gastroenterologist and he recommended a colonoscopy. I haven't had my official follow up, but they didn't see any polyps or anything concerning.. " clean as a whistle."

Seriously thanks, all. It's going to go one of two ways… Either there's no change from last year and I go back in a year or it's growing and I'll probably need the surgery. I would prefer the former.

Your ass has been bleeding for a decade and not once did you bother to have it checked? I'd be at my doctor's after a week.

I would actually prefer the latter. At least with surgery, you would not have to worry about it again.

Not me. There's a shitty chance of throwing a clot and having a debilitating stroke even after the coil surgery. There's also other risks when you start messing with that region.

shit like that scares me, especially brain related stuff. never know when something might go off there. glad you are doing goood,
