Indika coming to console on May 17 (Xbox Series X|S and PS5)

Played this at a friend this past weekend,It was pretty cool and interesting, some really nice detail to the animations.Stuff you'd expect from AAA studios.

Definitely on my list to get after I clear some of my backlog.

I hope the confidence in the announcement of its release on consoles is Indika-tive of how good the game is.

I'll definitely play it when it comes to the consoles. Looks interesting, I don't mind depressing games and 11bit is publishing it - they're known for releasing quality indie titles.

The devs just announced that it will be getting a physical release on PS5. Gonna wait a bit and pick the physical up.

This game is set to launch on Summer 2024 and will be available at all major retailers!

The PS5 physical release is happening on the 13th and it's on my gamefly queue. This seems like the kind of oddball game that will be right up my alley.

Xbox version seems to be digital only sadly, but perks of owning both consoles.

I was excited to play this too and picked it up but but unfortunately I didn't think much of it.

Interested to hear if you (and others) feel differently

I played through it about a month ago. I enjoyed the weird bits. Some of the puzzling was fun. I enjoyed the bleak and unusual atmosphere. Something about the overall game didn't come together for me, though. The story didn't make much sense to me. I felt like the game had some interesting characters and concepts, but it somehow didn't gel. It was a 7/10, maybe 7.5 level game for me.

I just got it this week for $20. Just need some free time.

Whelp, in a last minute fucking swerve, Gamefly has delayed the game from its Sep 13th release date.

So I've pushed it off the queue and got the next best thing. The Observer: System Redux :P

Got the game over the weekend and platinum'd it in 2 sittings lol. Bless gamefly.

- It ended up being something I wasn't expecting. Granted, I didn't see the trailers etc, but I was not expecting it to be such a dark-comedy kind of a game.
- Character models, up close, look fine but the rest of the graphical presentation is average to mediocre at best.
- The performance is kinda shit. Played on PS5 and the game stutters a lot in even the remotest wide areas, only really keeps performance in tight indoor areas.

Will wait a couple of years and get it when it's on sale for $5 dollars.

I think this lands on either game pass or PS+ within a few months as well. It just seems like that kind of a game you are better off renting, it's barely 4~5 hours to 100%.
