From the Inquirer: http://www.theinquirer.net/?article=21128
CHIP GIANT Intel said that a big Indonesian bank will deploy over 10,000 PCs using Pentium 4s with hyperthreading and the 915G integrated graphics chipset.

The Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) will use the Pentium 4s and Intel claims that its "stable image platform programme" will help the outfit reduce the cost of ownership of its "PC fleet".

No information as to frequency/model numbers or other details were provided. Intel doesn't sell Pentium 4s to banks, so a third party must be involved, but the firm didn't say which of its authorised distributors and dealers were involved in the supply chain. Perhaps they are Dell machines. Or HP boxes. Or maybe WhiteBoxInc benefited from the deal.

Wow.

How is this any different from any sort of large corporate PC purchase? Yes, it's a big order, but it's not earth-shattering or unrealistic.
