The character that plays him is in it but I don't think War Machine will be there. He's played by that guy from HUSTLE & FLOW and CRASH.

That sounds fairly definite. From what I've heard they've taken the Batman route and loosely plotted out a tight trilogy.

The story of super bright kid who gets rich and fight in an armored suit isn't something people can relate to.

It's not like the death of someone you care about (i.e. Spiderman/Batman) or simply being born as a god, but having to deal with everyday life (Superman/Smallville). You know?
