10/4 today is supposed to be the release date. I'm just wondering if anyone knows. :D

EDIT: BTW, I already have a DS. Should I pick up a GB Micro. I'm trying to justify the price...

I've got it since thursday (Europe).
You really need to get this one; It's frikkin amazing :) You won't know where to go most of the time, but it's brilliant. Really.

Today's the *ship* date. It should be in stores tomorrow, unless you luck out.

Bleh. Now I have to wait another whole day. That's pretty lame. They shouldn't announce the ship date. Just say when it's in stores to pick up, damn it!

Ah but that's the beauty of ship dates. Sometimes it comes in early on tuesday, sometimes late. Most of the time, on Wednesday.

it's in my DS right now! gooooo Europe! (as an aside, I saw awars in store today, didn't know that was out here)

Companies can predict when the game leaves their distributors' hands. They can't predict when they will get to stores and onto shelves.

Urge to postpone DoS to two weeks from now and just get a micro with fire emblem today rising!

In the US, 99% of stores won't be getting it until tomorrow. Ditto with DDS2 (PS2) and Trauma Center (NDS)...

Not in MY fucking stores!

Went all over town today looking for it AND Mega man Zero 4. Nada!

They all told me to come back tomorrow. Seriously, why can't games be as prompt when it comes to release dates as DVDs?

Too late. I went with the gameboy mirco!

Strangely enough, I couldn't find Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones at any of the stores I went to; two ebs, one gamestop, and one circuit city. I hate it when a game disappears and the only place to get it is on eBay where it's labeled "rare" and the price is above the original retail. =/

Micro is pretty decent VS. gba games on DS. The games look so much better. All I need now is a port of Secret of Evermore. C'mon Squarenix... make it happen!

if I were you I would avoid buying GBA games on Ebay that shit is infected with bootlegs.

I saw the black GBmicro and it looks awesome I'm seriously thinking about getting one now.

I've bought over 50 GBA games off Ebay. Haven't gotten a pirate yet.

Ya just gotta know what to look for. :)

I'd check your "non-bootlegs" for a telltale "Nintondo" logo stamped on them if I were you... *burned from buying three bootlegs off Ebay*

Damn. There's a ton of SNES ports I want to get my hands on that are no longer in stores (Breath of Fire I&II, Final Fight One, etc.). I've heard of there being bootleg GBA games, but that sucks.

After reading about the poor sales of this title in the UK I thought I'd show my support and pop out and buy it at lunchtime. To my disgust, it was the only DS title in the store for ÂŁ35 (5 quid more than the standard pricing).

I want to play it, but I just don't like being ripped off to such an extent. I know it was only ÂŁ5, but what does that make the overall price equivalent in $...must be more than 50. I'll wait and import, but looking forward to playing it. God, it hurts to be a UK gamer sometimes EVEN when we do get the release early for a change. Rip Off Britain, got to love it. I was very happy to pay my ÂŁ279 for the X360, as in comparison that didn't seem too harsh. I wonder what the games will cost though.

I didn't even know it was DDS2/MMZ4/TC week. Uh-oh :(

Because if they did that you'd just complain about the games sitting in the backroom for a few days before the stores could sell them? Most retailers get their weekly CD/DVD releases the week or weekend before street date and are thus required to let them sit in the back until street date.

Yeah they'd complain, but I'd have my fucking game on Tuestag. :(

Ohhohoho, trust me. They're legit. I'm very picky about who I buy from.
