all of the sudden three fingers on my left hand are swollen. the pointer, the middle, and the index. i was only exposed to the cold for about 15 mintues each way from the store. it's not even that cold, only 32f degrees. i did carry a heavy bag back home using my left hand. could that have something to do with it? i mean when i left the house, they were perfectly ok, but now they've swollen up so large i can't even make a fist! it's not pianful but it feels weird. maybe an alergic reaction to the bag's plastic or something bit me? the only thing i ate before i left was eggs and toast. i've never been alergic to either.

should i be worried?

it's extremely rare but some people can have an allergic reation to cold

Its not really an "allergic" reaction. It has to do with the fact that some people have cold agglutins in thier blood.
