So over the usual holiday "cheer," my cousin gave me the yearly Q&A on why I don't visit her in LA. Well, I gave it some thought and may actually do it this year, as long as there aren't any problems with time off from work towards the end of December. (I have to see precisely how many vacation days I have.)

Anyway, I just found it genuinely odd that NY to Los Angeles on jetBlue is over $100 more expensive than, say, Continental. Are they getting lax (har!), or is it just the inevitable price hike that comes with popularity?

I was flying to Phoenix for $129 (right before X-Mas too), but then I had to push it back two little days and had to pay an extra $100 bucks. Ah well, TV!!!1

jetBlue flies into LAX? I thought they only went into Long Beach...

I tend to fly American a lot (it's the corporate preferred airline, so I have a zillion miles for personal use), but jetBlue is damn tempting.

Well, jetBlue would be into Long Beach, any other flight would be into LAX.
