Huh? RPI's public safety used to let us celebrate this out on one of the lawns. A few hundred people would gradually congregate in the mid-afternoon, and then the whole commons would stink of weed from like 4-5. :lol It was great. It's not a holiday or anything, but it's the one time of the year stoners everywhere have something in common. I mean, it's not like Halloween is anything special, except for the chance for kids to get candy. So 4/20 is just a way to get your blaze on in a celebratory fashion. PEACE.
