i cant get it to work because the location of the file requires name and password so it wont connect.

I just tried it and it worked. Go to that page and at the end there's "products and info" pull-down menu. click it and choose the first option. You'll d/l will begin after that.

i already downloaded and installed the program its the video im trying to capture that requires name and password.
