Just curious if there's any method of getting my library of music from computer A to computer B via iPod.

One way: Copy Music:iTunes to ipod. Drag/drop contents of iTunes folder into Computer B's iTunes.

I'm sure there's a more elegant way to go about it though.

It's messy, no matter what. Here's a rather in-depth article on it: Syncing iTunes. Before any goes bitching about Apple and iTunes, it's probably worth noting that redirecting some of that ire at the RIAA and content suppliers is perhaps a more worthwhile effort.
