It cuts off the bottom of the quote box, killing the last line of text, and in this case, the video controls.

Anyone else face this issue?

Same here, but I just assumed it's because I'm using an ancient version of Firefox on an ancient version of Ubuntu.

I had a similar problem a while ago, and the more tweets a page had embedded the more likely it was to happen. Refreshing the page generally sorted it out.
