Alright so I wake up to the rain this morning and didnt think too much of it. So get ready for work and make my way out. Take my usual route and notice wow its pretty flooded in that direction, so i take my alternate router and wow its flooded that way also. At that point I turn around and head back home and turn on the news. Seem like Houston got hit pretty hard this morning. Anyone on GAF in the Houston area how is it in you area?

Yeah it was pretty bad this morning in Houston. Both of my bosses called in and will be "working from home". Lucky me, I live five minutes away from work. I pretty much have the whole wing of the building to myself.

our houston branch is down until 10am this morning apparently.... we'll see how much longer it lasts after that.

The entire time I was driving in I was thinking "dammit, I could use this as an excuse to call in". Seems about half my company had the same idea and ran with it.
