I believe this primarily fixes a bunch of stability and miscellaneous errors people, primarily Windows users, were having, but for anyone that uses it you can get it here or Mac users can just check SU. Just wanted to throw it out there since I believe a number of people here use the program.

Edit - Heh. Have to download it direct from Apple's site. When I open up iTunes and check for updates, it says that 5.0 is the most current. Lollerz.

I haven't updated my iTunes for over 7 months. Is it worth it?
I haven't experienced any problems.
