First off:
- Why does he say it with such conviction, as if the argument he's presenting remains undefeated?
- He says it as if it's a 'gotcha' moment against him being gay
- Seeing how old the man is, I'm pretty sure in his backstory he's had this conversation with many of his friends throughout his life; but here, he's hit with the realization that, "having sex with men = gay" is somehow a kind of cognitive dissonance for him. It's bizarre. Maybe it's because the scene if out of context, I dunno.
I like having this scene on repeat just to catch the nuance of everything.
Any more stupid scenes like this that make your thoughts go in different directions?
