While looking around for a list of all the Dragonball games ever made, I came across this site which made it easy.
Then I saw this game:

It's a Jump game on the Famicom with a bunch of characters! Imagine that!

The one that you found is only 1 of the 2 games involving many characteres from Jump. There is actually 2 released on NES, but I can't find the other one...
