I have been a fan of Kenny Rogers since I was a kid. It's one music love I never gave up. In my 20s, I'd be putting those CDs in the multi-CD stereo. Friends and girlfriends would hear Nine Inch Nails, Godsmack, Prodigy, Megadeth, Nirvana, REM, and then Kenny Rogers belting out Lady.

RIP to a legend. First time I was introduced to Kenny Rogers as a kid was watching that movie Six Pack with him and Diane Lane.

RIP.

The Gambler is one of the absolute best songs of all-time.

My dad would play him, Roger Milller, and Johny Cash on endless loops...... Hated it at the time, but I have a soft spot for them now

RIP.

The Gambler is one of the absolute best songs of all-time.
I love that song.

You've got to know when to hold 'em
Know when to fold 'em
Know when to walk away
And know when to run
You never count your money
When you're sittin' at the table
There'll be time enough for countin'
When the dealin's done

I use to listen to a CD of his a lot back in high school. RIP

Lady, I'm your knight in shining armor and I love you... such a legend!
