Somehow I'm just thinking this game is going to have terrible gameplay. It'll look really cool and stylish and such.. but probably play horrible.

Well, you can only see the stylish shots/videos so many times before it loses its effect. The style looked stunning at first, but you can only ride that initial shock value for so long.

I'm still sitting on the fence, as I haven't played it any form. Be nice to finally hear some impressions.

They're overworking this now, the visuals are getting too messy and unclean. The introduction of (complicated) textures was a big mistake. Bring back the pure and clean look of the early screens and focus on sorting out the gameplay instead.

Just wanted to bump this to say the 6-8 min special video for Killer 7 on the RE4 disc is pretty neat looking. It's 2 trailers that show a lot of the gameplay functions (items, changing personalities, fighting, moving) and more of the cutscenes. Personally it may play awful, but it certainly looks intruiging enough to pick up on release IMO.

IGN or someone needs to rip and get this trailer up ASAP!

According to Olimario scans, they're talking about both PS2 and GCN verison to be released in Japan. Or am I mistaken? It seems that the rumor about the GCN game being released exclusively in America was just what it was: a rumor...

I have a feeling that this game may be a sleeper hit. It oozes style, now if only they'd release some information regarding gameplay. At the very least allow a few media outlets (IGN) the opportunity to play the damn game. Also if Capcom were smart --They would have released a gameplay demo along side Resident Evil 4.

Unfortunately I don't run that company.
