Kingdom Hearts BbS: Data Install Error

I have Gen-D 5.50 homebrew, and I can run the game just fine, either in UMD or using UMD Dumper, but I have never been able to install the data to the memory stick. I immediately get an error message along with a code.

I'm tired of the ridiculous load times, even when casting spells, so I wanted to see if there was a fix that I wasn't aware of? Please help me out.

you really should have post this in the psp homebrew thread. Since you on CFW may have something to do with it.

also, hopefully things go fine in this thread.

Are you playing from the MS?
Installing the game won't reduce the load times.

If I remember correctly there's an option on the menu inside of the game to run the console at 333Mhz. Try changing that.

Use the CFW to dump the UMD and copy the whole thing to the memory stick. You'll be able to run the game with maxed out visual settings and great performance and load times if your PSP is clocked at the full 333 mhz. Trying to perform a data install on top of this will error out, but it wouldn't benefit you anyway. Peace Walker this is not.

this is not the point, you cannot use data install even if you bought the umd legit,as long as you are on cfw

i had the same problem and it pissed me off, when i buy an umd i want to run it and not dumping an iso and never touch the umd again afterwards

Then switch to an OFW to play the game and pandora back to CFW when done. You can't modify a system and expect to avoid every repercussion down the road. This is hardly an insurmountable setback.

Besides, my response WAS to the point. I was responding specifically to the OP, not to whatever your situation is.
