Pop'n Music 10, Beatmania II DX 8th Style, and a new Dance Dance Revolution game are slated for release for PlayStation 2 this November.

TOKYO--Konami has announced on its official Web site that it will release Pop'n Music 10 for the PlayStation 2 in Japan on November 18. The music game will include a number of new songs exclusive to the PS2, totaling over 100 playable tracks. Two editions of Pop'n Music 10 will be available at its release: the normal 7,140 yen ($65) package, and the controller bundled package, which will come with a special controller for the game and retail at the price of 9,240 yen ($85).

Also on November 18, Konami will release Beatmania II DX 8th Style for the PS2. Although Konami has not made an official announcement, a new Dance Dance Revolution game titled DDR Festival: Dance Dance Revolution is expected to hit the PS2 on the same date as well. According to Japanese retailers, DDR Festival Dance Dance Revolution will include over 60 tracks, more than 30 of which will be new songs, and will support Sony's EyeToy peripheral.

GameSpot will provide more information on these games as it becomes available.

Go back to Guitar Freaks/Drummania games Konami!

At this point I will mention that there is a Guitar Freaks 11th Mix linked to a Percussion Freaks (Drummania) 10th Mix at Metrotown here...

So those are still going pretty strong.

Only $20 US dollars more for the game and controller? Haha... aren't some PnM controllers going for like a hundred dollars to import?
