I'm in the Sith base on Taris trying to get the launch codes so I can get the hell off the planet

OK, so I've mopped up everything in the Sith base, including that battle droid. Then I head down the elevator and this Dark Jedi kicks my ass. My party consists of the jedi and the droid. Any strategy suggestions? Or suggested party configurations?

Wookie + biggest, nastiest pointy thing you can get your hands on = dead jedi.

And drop the droid, he's more or less useless once he's opened the door.

He speaks the truth. Also, it is my impression that if you're wielding two weapons against an opponent with one weapon, you kick his ass.. Get the wookie, your character and the jedi in your group to double wield and gang bang on the jedi.

Force Wave is the best move a Light Jedi has at their disposal, I pretty much used Force Wave (which always ended up stunning my oponents) and then ran in and took them down with my lightsaber during the last few hours of the game.

Revert to jedi/Bastilla and own him. Also when you are frozen or whatever I think you can still use a medpack using the START Menu. Oh yeah use a shield as well.

Dropping the droid helped, but not by much. But actually using my f'in shields did wonders.

OK, I'm now (much) farther in the game. I've cleared Manaan and Kashyyyk and now I'm on Tatooine.

When the FUCK did the Sand People become tough? my characters are all lv 14 and 3 Sand People utterly pwn me. It doesn't seem to matter if I use shields, force powers, or blasters. There's gotta be something obvious I'm missing.

Haha, the same thing happened to me -- I got cocky and got destroyed by the Sand People the first time I fought them. No real secret to beating them other than being careful and not wasting all your Force powers in the first wave.

And heh, I never used the shields in KOTOR 1, too much of a pain. KOTOR 2, however...

Use a party of three jedi and make all of them double wield (get all necessary double wield feats etc. for each) and use lots of stun (or whatever its name was). This was how I handled all battles, pretty much..

Im having trouble beating the 2 terentatek's in the tomb... any suggestions?

I make it so that only one comes at a time, and i stil cant beat it. Sucks being all alone

Those dumbasses are easy. Use whatever you can to amp your speed, run around them and flip the switch to open the door on the other side of the room. Just lure them one at a time to the doorway of that next room. They'll never go farther than that, and you can stand there and unload a blaster/rifle/grenades in their faces and they'll just sit there and take it.
