For those here who use it, you'll have to choose between using it on a PC/Mac or a mobile device, phone/tablet/etc.

If you want to you'll need to upgrade to a monthly fee.

whatever. i used to pay for lastpass, canceled it because the premium features didn't seem worth it. i'll pay $3/month for a good password manager. makes my life easier and i'm surprised they were as generous with the free version as they were. then again, logmein also bought them out so that explains the cash grab

I thought of doing this too, but then I realised I don’t actually use LP on my phone anyway. I just wait until I get home and look at the password that way.

It's super easy. Just follow step one here. You don't need to do the form fills thing anymore it seems. Import Data from LastPass | Bitwarden Help & Support

Then, just open up your bit warden vault and that's where you'll arrange stuff into folders and such.

To me, it's actually better than LastPass because there are WAY more options. When you want to auto-fill a login or something, you just look at the bitwarden emblem and there should be a number there if you have any passwords stored for that site (multiple users, etc). Then just click on the emblem and the bitwarden browser dropdown menu will open and show you the passwords, you click on the one you want and it will auto-fill everything on the page.

Haven't tried the mobile version yet.

Can I use Bitwarden on my phone, tablet, PC, laptop etc for free like I currently do with Last Pass?
EDIT: Yes I can, switched to Bitwarden and imported my data from LastPass within 5 minutes, sorted!
