Just saw the trailer for this, awesome that a studio is tackling a part of history which is almost unknown in the West.
One game that popped up in my mind when seeing the train travel and management sequences was the old Silmarils title Arctic Baron (Transarctica in some countries).
Also, the survival and tactical parts make it seem like the devs were inspired by Men of War + maybe a bit of Frostpunk.
