I hope the changes don't rework the game too drastically. I loved the prequel original Star Wars game From 2005 and the original trilogy game was also good. If this has those two games plus a brand new trilogy game then that is a ton of content.
I never did play the force awakens, did that one have enough content to make a game the same length as the last two? if so I wonder if they will include that version or maybe a stripped down version so the amount of levels matches each episode.

They made 2 games for 1 - 3, then 4 - 6 and then one game just for 7. 8 + 9 is new content.

Fourth. 3rd LSW was Clone Wars.
Disney's more mindful of spoilers than Lucas. The 1st game released before Ep3 & basically spoiled all of it. Disney doesn't want that kind of nonsense.
Full remade. For one thing, there's 5 levels per film in this entry when it was 6 each in the past & TFA was about 12. I've heard the underwater submarine sequence from TPM is playable which never happened before. I'm not too worried about less levels per film because their level design has changed a lot. To give an example, the Battle of Endor level in TFA is the equivalent to 3 levels in the old games.

So even 7 will be reworked into 5 levels (otherwise it would be MUCH longer than the other ones).
I guess it will be a single game with everything (no game picking pre-menu) and a single trophy set.
I'll add to my buy-whenever-it's-under-20$ list. I like messing around in Lego games.
