I'm actually happy with them acknowledging Bloodborne a lot even if it doesn't mean anything (though, it probably does considering the movie). The problem when they used to do that with older games (say, Ape Escape back then) was that they weren't really available to play on their modern home consoles, but that was never an issue with Bloodborne.

I think about bloodborne pretty much every day, it's a shame Sony are the way they are.

Demon's souls had to be changed to dark souls to be free.

That would be awesome. A remake from Bluepoint in the same vein as Demon's Souls would be gorgeous. I doubt they would launch it that soon after announcing it, tough, but maybe we'll at least get an announcement for a release next year that shows off what the Pro can do.

While I would pay for a sort of remaster, I'd love an updated version with the content that was removed. I apparently had a ball with the game, put in 228 hrs according to PS. But I want more especially after seeing those areas and boss designs that didn't make the final cut.

Or another game set in the same universe.
